In all Relaxa AI Modular Postural Systems, the level of support is customized and takes into account all the characteristics for which the customer has provided data to the configurator.

Relaxa AI Modular Postural Systems are certified as a Class 1 Medical Device.
 
In addition, the company is ISO9001 certified and follows the REACH regulation.
 

The configurator will propose the ideal configuration for each person respecting the data entered. You will then have a “single” rest conformed to the needs of each user.
 
The support surfaces are separate and individually configurable.

Relaxa AI Modular Postural Systems can be placed on any flat surface, whether it is a slatted bed frame, metal bed frame, or motorized bed frame.

Relaxa AI Modular Postural Systems can be used on adjustable bed frames with however double movement, not single movement, to ensure the effectiveness of the modules with which our Modular Postural Systems are constructed.

Relaxa AI offers you the opportunity to test its mattresses for 100 trial days. During this trial period you can request a return and subsequent refund at any time by contacting our customer service department.
 
Within a short period you will be contacted by a courier to schedule a pickup appointment.
 
The full amount of your order will be refunded directly to the payment method with which the initial purchase was made, within a maximum of 30 business days after the courier confirms the pickup (refund times vary from 5 to 30 business days, depending on the payment method used).

The KUBRIK Antistat® Bioceramicafir® pillows include a WASHABLE air wash memory pantographed, breathable, cervical pattern.
 
The pillow has No. 2 cylinder housings of different materials and densities. Washable in warm water , maximum 30 degrees, no centrifuge, no dryer.
 
After washing wring out the pillow and let it dry for 48 hours on a flat surface in the shade not in direct sunlight.
 
The cover of KUBRIK antistat bioceramicafir pillows is made of Antistat® Bioceramica Fir® 270gr/mt2 zippered fabric, machine washable at 40 degrees.

Currently, we do not offer an assembly service for our beds or bed frames. However, assembling our products is really simple: just follow all the steps as outlined in the instruction booklet

Relaxa AI CALIBER and KUBRIK Modular Postural Systems are delivered vacuum packed, rolled inside a box whose dimensions vary depending on the size of the mattress: for single sizes the dimensions are 42x42x100 cm; for double mattresses the dimensions are 42x42x180 cm.
 
The AI Modular Postural System is produced only in the double size and will be delivered open in a box with dimensions 170x200x30 cm.

Relaxa AI Modular Postural Systems are produced just in time, that is, put into production after they are individually configured by the customer. For this reason, the delivery time will be about 15-20 working days and in any case agreed with our consultant.
 
Relaxa Ai beds and Relaxa Ai bed bases will be able to be delivered in 15-20 working days.
 
Relaxa AI pillows, Relaxa AI quilts and Relaxa AI sheets will be able to be delivered within 10 working days and however agreed with our consultant.

If you do not like the Modular Postural System and wish to proceed with the return of the product you will need to notify our consultant.
 
If the Modular Postural System has been opened, you will first be sent a plastic envelope to prepare your return. Once you receive the envelope, contact our consultant to request the label and arrange a pickup date. A courier will come to pick up your product on the agreed upon day.
 
In case of Modular Postural System still packed, our consultant will send you directly the return label to be applied on the box and will agree with you the pick-up date.
 
In both cases, Ii your refund will be made within the next 30 business days, depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

It is possible to try the Modular Postural Systems at your local Showrooms.

Relaxa AI Modular Postural Systems are subject to a 10-year warranty. All other Relaxa AI products, however, are subject to a 2-year warranty.

The product warranty will be valid from the time of delivery.

The warranty covers tears, dents, or foam damage that occurs despite proper use of the mattress and accessories.

In case you receive a defective product, please contact our consultant who will assess the damage and initiate the replacement process.
