Relaxa AI srl is a start-up that was born in 2024 from a business initiative of Banchi Maison srl.
Banchi Maison srl is a family business that stems from Doriano Banchi who began operating in the textile industry in Prato in the 1960s. By the end of the 1980s, Doriano Banchi Spa was Italy's largest producer of pile fabric especially from 100% noble wool with over 500,000 linear meters of production per month. In the late 1980s, the company took the name Banchi Maison Srl and opened a new line of business that consisted of wool blankets, mattresses, and pillow covers for the domestic market. During the company's life, based on market and customer demands, Maison Banchi has developed many patented designs, brands, medical devices, and marketing materials, especially in terms of product specifications. This is the real value of Banchi Maison Ltd. after 60 years of history and experience in the good sleep market having distributed more than 500,000 sleeping plans.

With its eyes always looking to the future, Relaxa AI srl was born, which makes use of the latest Artificial Intelligence both in terms of the AI Modular Postural System and the personalized configuration of the KUBRIK and CALIBER Modular Postural Systems.

Relaxa AI was created by a team of industry professionals, sleep experts and medical consultants in a company that has been in the area for 60 years. All of our materials and suppliers are certified. Each individual mattress is produced just in time in order to customize Relaxa AI Modular Postural Systems with ni data provided by the end customer.
SUSTAINABILITY AND CERTIFICATIONS
In 1998 Banchi Maison srl obtained the Societè Generale de Survelliance (SGS) certificate for the ISO 9001 quality production process. SGS is still the most important and serious certification company today.
In 2007 Banchi Maison srl obtained the first medical device authorization from the Italian Ministry of Health, valid for all European Community countries. The medical device was for the use of memory foam in the mattress core with anti-decubitus effects. Currently, Banchi Maison srl has about 40 different medical devices, especially for mattress core and mattress fabric: antistatic, postural, antalgic system in collaboration with Italian Doctors and Universities.
In 2015, Banchi Maison srl decided to implant an internal action in compliance with the European REACH REGULATION against chemical pollution to protect internal workers and end customers. All products introduced to the market by Banchi Maison srl are free from any chemical pollutants with REACH label.
